First Adventure.

In order of my most recent adventures, I guess my family's trip to Utah in April would be the first.  It seems so long ago, I can hardly remember what happened. I do know that we went for Gabrian's blessing and we had Psy'renee blessed on the same day.  I also know it was so good to see friends and family that I love and miss, like, all the time.  And every time I go to f.y.e. or the library , I wish I still worked there.  Although, recently I've noticed that I don't miss my old jobs as much as I used to; except that I just started a new position at work and I'm pretty sure I do miss my old jobs, all of them, and would pretty much rather be doing anything else besides what I'm doing.  But that's a story for another day. So, it's picture time.  Here are a few from Utah: Aw, look at the cute cousins! Paris practically lived for the pool and I love this action shot.  The rest of my family would probably not be so pleased if they knew I posted th...

Holy quick vacation, Batman! I am so glad that I was able to go to Utah last week, for a grand total of two full days (plus two travel days that don't amount to much). I heart Robin Hood and totally love that we watched the entire third season. I do apologize, however, to Kanani and Trudy for not emotionally preparing them for the final two episodes. Sorry. I am so glad I got to meet him! And Kora is absolutely amazing. She is beautif...

It has been quite a long time since I've posted anything. I mostly feel like I have nothing to say and my life's not exciting enough to write about anyway. But...last week, I went to Utah to visit family, friends, and my beloved F.Y.E., and the library too. It was such a wonderful few days. I can tell I am going to struggle readjusting to "normal" life; it may take a while, like weeks and weeks and weeks kind of "a while". I just really needed to feel needed and missed and valuable - does that sound too conceited? I really am not satisfied with my current job, so it was refreshing to see that my previous places of employment actually missed me, and were even willing to fire someone in order to have a job for me. It was good to be appreciated for who I am and/or was when I worked there. F.Y.E. even had an emergency Pie Night for me; that meant a lot because I never actually felt trendy enough to work there, but it was one of those "aw, they do l...
